Typical business hours for Life’s Travel Moments, LLC (hereinafter “LTM”) are Monday through Friday 10am to 9pm Central European Time. Alternative times and weekend consultations are available by appointment only. These hours are subject to change based on holidays and travel schedule and will be advised via an email out of office reply and voicemail. For immediate assistance during travel outside of typical business hours, please refer to your travel documents for emergency contact information, if applicable. All other email or voice messages will be addressed during typical business hours. In certain circumstances LTM will have a back-up agent available, and their contact information will be provided via an email out of office reply.
LTM is not the source or supplier of the travel services you have requested and acts solely as an agent for the actual suppliers of such services. The suppliers whose names appear in the information supplied to you are those who are actually responsible for providing the travel services you have purchased.
Please review your travel documents for accuracy upon receipt and contact LTM if you have any questions. Discounted fares typically involve restrictions and changing any aspect of your travel arrangements may result in the payment of additional money.
LTM recommends using a credit card for travel-related payments as this may offer you the opportunity to dispute the charge should a vendor cease to operate. Paying for your travel with certain credit cards may provide trip insurance protection. LTM recommends reviewing your card membership policy for rules and restrictions.
A government issued photo identification card or passport is required in order to board a flight. The name, date of birth and gender that appears on the identification card must exactly match the same such data that is listed on your airline ticket and in your booking records. When traveling internationally, passport validity is often 6 months after travel and, depending upon your destination and nationality, you may also need to obtain one or more visas and require blank pages in your passport. Your failure to strictly comply with these requirements may result in denied boarding or an undue delay at an airport security checkpoint.
LTM has no extra-ordinary knowledge regarding conditions, health hazards, weather hazards, or climate extremes at locations to which you may travel. For information concerning possible dangers at destinations, LTM recommends you consult with your country’s foreign affairs/State Department office. For medical information, LTM recommends contacting the Centers for Disease Control at www.cdc.gov/travel or equivalent body in your country/region. Please check and verify any and all passport, visa, vaccination, or other entry requirements of your destination(s), and all conditions regarding health, safety, security, political stability, and labor or civil unrest at such destination(s).
LTM recommends the purchase of travel insurance to cover certain risks inherent in travel.
